Refugees Engaged And Chalenges Handled

We reconize themany challenges that most refugee families and individuals encounter in their first years here in America. Reaching citizenship has many obstacles, let alone learning a whole new language.

The simple things we Americans take for granted are much different than being raised in a totally different culture or land. Refugees want to be successful and most have a great work ethic. It is our desire to serve as many as we can through teaching. REACH makes sense,as we enter each individual's life and have such and impact upon their learning curve. Take time and teach them and they will follow directions. Rather than giving them everything once and expecting them to survive on their own, we found that teaching them will last for a lifetime. When we witness the challenges and see the victories, there is great rejoicing and tremendous gratitude for all of us.

It is also helping to build a stronger foundation here for our nation.
